Bigfork is a tiny town on Flathead Lake, just a few minutes' drive from my parents' house. Because I'm an artist, one day I decided to see if there were any art galleries in Bigfork which might show some of my paintings. I was surprised to find ten galleries within a three block stretch on one street (Electric Avenue). The city library is an art gallery. And Bigfork has two other galleries outside this three-block stretch.
I will make a wild guess, and say that Bigfork MT may have more art galleries, per capita, than any other town in the world. It's just a guess.
Incidentally, none of these galleries is showing any of my paintings.
