This book is a classic. Jim Corbett killed some of the most dangerous cats in history. Chapter 1 is entitled the Champawat Man-Eater, and is about a tiger that killed well over 400 people. Experience the thrill when Corbett realizes that he is being stalked, at night, in the jungle. Experience the sinking feeling of facing a wounded tiger with no bullets (Corbett hadn't dreamed that he would need a fourth bullet). Learn what goes on in the mind of a man-eating tiger. Meet Robin, a dog who stalked tigers and leopards. Corbett once saw a tiger carry a full-grown cow, in its mouth, for four miles. Corbett faced death, over and over again. Good book.
