This is my kind of book; it has 105 chapters plus an epilogue. I like that, as it is easier to stop reading at the end of a chapter, and continue the next day without feeling that I am forgetting something. OK, this book has other attractive features, like murder, conspiracy (there is a crazed Roman Catholic monk hit man), fast paced action, attractive (and not so attractive) characters, puzzles (the characters are pretty quick with some of these, and surprisingly slow with others), a hint of romance, good story, good story-telling. This is a very good book, which threatens to go off the deep end (conspiracy-wise), and then comes back to reality for a satisfying conclusion. The back cover came slightly unglued on my copy; I don't know if that is a problem with other copies.
