Nose to Nose - by Barry J. Schieber

Book Review, © Copyright 2003, Jim Loy

Moritz is a big, happy, friendly Bernese Mountain Dog who doesn't seem to do much, except make hospital patients happy, and make their relatives happy, and make doctors and nurses happy, and make everyone else happy, including people who don't like dogs. He is a registered therapy dog who goes to the hospital once a week to cheer everyone up. And certainly, some of these people heal better and faster because of Moritz's happiness therapy. Moritz is a true hero, who never does anything heroic. I am happy, very happy, to have read about Moritz. Good dog.
