Scam School and Easy Money - by Charles R. Whitlock

Book Review, © Copyright 1998, Jim Loy

Chuck Whitlock stole a whole bunch of cars, on the Oprah Winfrey show, just by asking for the drivers' keys. He was wearing a valet outfit, and was standing outside a pizza place. A pizza place with valet service? Why not? He stole all of the money from the cash drawers of a supermarket, by telling the cashiers that he was doing an audit. He cleaned out a business by dressing like a janitor. These two books (one of them, anyway) should be required reading, if you don't want to lose your money (or your car, or your house). And the many case histories make stunning reading.

He gives many pieces of advice:

Apparently, Mr. Whitlock works for KGW-TV in Portland Oregon.

See Some Fraud Information Links.

Of all the books that I recommend, this one (Scam School), and How To Lie With Statistics - by Darrell Huff are the two that I recommend most. Read both of them.
