The Haberdasher's Problem

An equilateral triangle can be dissected to form a square, and vice versa (actually any polygon can be dissected to form any other polygon of the same area). Henry E. Dudeney's classic "Haberdasher's Problem," is to do this with four pieces. It turns out that this dissection can be hinged so that one smoothly transforms into the other. Here is an animation that is a close fit:
