[See the addendum below] I just ate the toughest, least tasty, breadsticks (cheesebread) possible. I bought six of the suckers (technical name), at Bob's Pizza Plus, here in Bozeman. They were really bad. In the past, their breadsticks were not bad, although they often gave me the ones from one end, the ones with the least cheese on them, saving the cheesy ones for future customers. Anyway, I plan to never eat there again.

I got email from Bob:
Dear Jim, I was surfing the web today and noticed your entry about Bob's Pizza Plus in Bozeman. I was shocked and dismayed that you had gotten a poor product from them. Lisa, the Manager at the Bozeman store has always served some of the best product out of any of our stores on a consistant basis. She has been there 10 years and always tries to please her customers. I will contact her about your poor experience and try to determine what went wrong. If you would do me the favor of returning to the store and meeting Lisa I am sure you would receive a quality product on us. I'm sorry that we were unable to serve you correctly on your last visit and hope you will give us another chance. By the way, when ordering cheesebread, simply ask for the pieces you desire, some people like the ends with less cheese, others prefer the cheesy pieces in the middle.
So, maybe I had been unlucky to catch the cook on a bad day. At least they are willing to correct their mistakes. Very likely, they have a good attitude toward their customers. I'll be going back soon. Anyway, the squeeky wheel gets the grease; yuck that didn't sound right.
