I recently received several issues of Rolling Stone Magazine, against my will. Apparently, some jerk subscribed in my name, with my correct address. I threw each issue directly into the trash. And I have received a few invoices asking for $19.97. No way Josita. The last one contained a "threat" that they would turn this over to their collection department. I could inform them to stop communicating with me, at the price of a postage stamp. Again, no way. They have helpfully provided me with the URL of their WWW pages. And there I find this friendly page:

Just as I suspected, they are just like Microsoft and other big companies. Unhappy "customers" are not welcome. You have to run a gauntlet of page after page, only to find that there is no way to contact these busy people.
