Egyptian WR, and glyph of hockey player

The question was, "Who Is This Hockey Player?" It is an imitation Egyptian word. If you look in My Egyptian Hieroglyphic Dictionary, you will find that the following word means "great" (or other similar words) in Egyptian:

WR=great

If you look in other hieroglyphic dictionaries, you will see that the following word means "great one" (or "chief" or "magnate" or "foreign ruler"):

Great One

Both of the above words are pronounced WR (probably like the common English word "were"). Egyptologists sometimes call this bird the WR bird. It is apparently a swallow or martin.

Wayne Gretzky is known as The Great One. So, he is the hockey player represented by the imitation Egyptian word:

WR=Wayne Gretzky
